Today, I noticed the silence between my breaths.
Today, here and now, I felt the silence between breaths.
A place where there is no life nor death.
Just naked awareness; self.
It's at the moment that I really know how I am,
Who I am, whose I am.
I have been taught/forced all my life to "fake it 'till I make it"
But, it is truth that makes me free,
Making me the essence of what freedom is.
So, no matter what suffering comes, I flaunt my freedom status in its face.
No fakehood here.
Only awareness.
No suppression here.
Only freedom.
